This is true. Rats are everywhere and cost almost nothing to the food caterer except the time to catch them. After all the good skills in marinating, seasoning and deep-frying, I bet you can’t tell any difference in textures between a pigeon and a rat! Don’t panic, if you look carefully at the prices of food before you eat in China.
I hope the cop can find and close those restaurants which conduct this unethical activity
